The Ashrama is following this in all its humble way without much fan fare. Of late, one of the important Seva Activities of the Ashrama is distribution of winter garments like Blankets/Sweaters to the poor including the school going children. For the last few years a minimum of 1000such poor are the beneficiaries. The Ashrama also distributes Solar Lamps, Tarpaulin and other household needs periodically to the poor, including providing DrinkingWater whenever necessary. The Ashrama also extends pecuniary help to the needy, whenever situation demands and whatever means possible.

This has tangibly improved the economicfreedom of the women. Of late we providethem with Tailoring Machines also. Likewise, for the less educated youth, the Ashramfinancially supports them to become formal Four Wheel Drivers.

This Ashrama strives by all means to put this message into practice for the student community in all its endeavour. While doing so, the Ashrama is also specifically focusing on much needed ‘Value Orientation’ through various programmes. This has attracted the Educators and theYouth alike. Over the period, through such programme, the Ashramah as endeared itself to many educational institutions where the not so affordable are pursuing their education.

DonateInternational DonorThe Seva of ‘Relief and Rehabilitation’ is jewel of our Organization. Due to the recent and unprecedented Flood Rains in Kodagu there were not only many landslides and flooding of water, but considerable amount of disruption to normal life also. Our Ashrama immediately started Primary Relief Work distributing materials worth Re. 70 lacs. In continuation of the Primary Relief Work, the Ashrama is at present conducting Post Primary Relief Activities like EducationalStipends, Medical Services, Economic Rehabilitation Programmes like: Tailoring,Food Processing, Bee Keeping etc.
