Vivekananda Arogya Dhama is our Naturopathy Wellness Center at the lap of Kodagu in a ‘Serene-Silent-Spiritual-Ashrama-Ambiance’ at Ponnampet. Naturopathy is a drug-less method of treatment promoting ‘body’s self healing mechanism’ that rejuvenates the Body-Mind System. It uses an integrated approach to heal both body & mind by - (i) Yoga, Naturopathy cleansing therapies, Diet, Physiotherapy (ii) Prayer,Meditation & Spiritual guidelines in a conducive atmosphere. Though known as treatment and handled by professionals, we provide only ‘Health Re-treats’ and truly retain our Charitable nature thereby.

Hydro Therapy is the use of water both internally and externally and at Varying Temperatures for health purposes. This is also known as water therapy. This Includes steam baths, sprays, immersion bath contrast therapy etc.
Mud Therapy is simple, cost effective and efficacious treatment modality of Naturopathy. It has immense impact on body both in health and in sickness due its mineral content, capacity to retain moisture. It can absorb all colours of Sun and convey to body. Mud bath, mud packs, partial &local applications are most popular ones.
MassageTherapy is a manual manipulation of self body tissues. Massage are commonly applied with hands, fingers, elbows, knees, forearms and feet. It relieves stress & pains.
It relaxes the body. We give Kelloqq’s Massage, Salt glow Massage, fruit massage etc.
It is a treatment method that focuses on the science of movements and help people to restore, maintain & maximize their physical strength, motion & function by treating the underlying the physical tissues. Our Hospital provides -

The Ramakrishna Sharadashrama has a well equipped Library . Books on a wide range of subjects such as philosophy, religion, mysticism, linguistics, fiction, history, geography, psychology, health, meditation, prayer etc., are available to the campers . The library subscribes to various periodicals. The reading facility is free and open to all.
The Ashram has a Universal Temple dedicated to Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa . Sri Sharada Devi and Swami Vivekananda too are worshiped in the Universal Temple.
The venerable and revered Holy Trio’s spirits reverberate in the Ashram atmosphere, savouring the divine prayers and soulful music, emanating from renditions of monks and devotees alike. It has been a source of spiritual succour .
The campers can get immensely benefited by joining in prayer and meditation along with the Monks in the temple.
